Congratulations to our WSA Winner, Rachelle Genthos!

"Dr. Rachelle Genthôs always goes above and beyond to help and support her colleagues and students. She took the initiative to rearrange the layout of a shared office in order to help make a colleague’s work area more functional. She collaborated with other faculty members to successfully advocate for a change in institutional policy that will allow professors to better serve students. She intervened to assist a student who had a conflict with a faculty member, and helped identify resources for another student facing legal and mental health issues."
