Transfer/Returning Student

1. Begin the process for admittance into LCSC.  Call 1-800-933-5272 and ask for the New Student Recruitment Office, or visit the admissions link. 
2. In order to continue receiving your benefits from the VA, you must download, print and complete a Change of Program or Place of Training form.
   1. If you are a Chapter 35 (survivors and/or dependents) beneficiary, complete a         22-5495 form.
   2. All other chapters, complete a                  22-1995 form. 
   3. Once the appropriate form has been completed, mail to LCSC, Attn: Veteran Coordinator, Financial Aid Office, 500 8th Ave, Lewiston, ID 83501.
3. Send your official military transcripts to LCSC.
4. How to get advance pay.
5. Once you have been accepted to LCSC, register for classes.  Bring a copy of your class schedule each semester to the VA Coordinator.  This is important or you may not get paid from the VA.  If you make any changes to your status or schedule, contact your VA Coordinator at LCSC.
