COLLEGE:
Played baseball at Feather River College, and was
selected as an All-American, and as the Golden Valley Conference MVP.
In 2005 he hit .440 with 42 rbi's, 15 doubles, 3 triples, and stolen 22
bases.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Attended Hug High School in Nevada and collected two varsity
letters in baseball, football, and basketball. While playing centerfield
during his senior year, under coach Brian Farrow, Wholey was awarded
All-Conference and All-Region titles.
PERSONAL: Born August 25, 1983 in Reno, NV, to Byron and Dawn Wholey, Ryan Wholey has two brothers, Tim and Charlie, and is a kinesiology major.
