LCSC: Enjoyed solid first season at LCSC with a 3-1 record and 2.06 ERA last season. He made 15 appearances, including five stars and pitched 48 innings, fourth on the team. He showed amazing control with 49 strikeouts and just four walks.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Cuesta Junior College in California. During his sophomore year, he posted a 10-3 record with a 2.90 ERA and was selected to the All-North-Western State Conference first team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Dos Palos High in 2002 where he played football, basketball and baseball. He received multiple letters, and all-league honors, in each sport. He was the baseball team captain his final two seasons.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 12, 1984 in Merced, Calif., to Mike and Lillian Miller. He enjoys camping, fishing, and basketball. He has five brothers, Chris, Joseph, Jacob, Travis and Matthew, and two sisters, Sam and Sydney. Miller is majoring in Kinesiology.
