JUNIOR COLLEGE: Started all 50 games for Santa Ana College in 2008 and finished the season with a .375 batting average. In 208 at-bats, he had 18 doubles, two home runs, a triple, 40 RBI, and 55 runs scored. He also stole 18 bases in 21 attempts, as Santa Ana cruised to a 37-13 record. Also started as a freshman and hit .355. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Orange HS in 2004. Was a three-year letterwinner in baseball and a two-year letterwinner in football. Was named Team MVP his senior year of baseball, was also an all-county selection in both football as a safety and baseball as a shortstop.

PERSONAL: Born on July 18, 1986. Parents are Bud and Ani Allen. He has two brothers, Mike and Sean, and five sisters, Audrey, Bobbi, Carol, Diane, and Elaine. His hobbies include baseball, music, and movies. He is majoring in Kinesiology at LCSC.
