collegiate debut with a
pinch-hit single in the
ninth inning on opening day
in win against the
University of Missouri on
Feb. 19. He made his first
start on Feb. 27 in loss
against the University of
Kansas. Scored first two
runs in win against Brigham
Young University on March
15. Went perfect 2-for-2 as
a sub, also hit first RBI in
loss to the University of
Hawaii on April 2. Hit first
career double in win against
the second game at the
University of San Francisco
April 10. He recorded a
four-game hitting streak
from April 7-10. Had a
career-high five-game
hitting streak from April
14-20. He collected a hit in
nine of 10 games. Behind the
plate, he caught six runners
