pitched out of all Warriors
in 2010…in 15 games and six
starts he established a
record of 4-1 and an ERA of
2.28…he threw 47.1 innings
collecting one save,
striking out 39, walking 19,
and holding opposing hitters
to .297…one of his wins came
against British Columbia
when he pitched six innings
and struck out six without
surrendering an earned run.
JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Attended Skagit Valley
Community College in 2009
and played for former
Warrior Kevin Matthews…he
helped the Cardinals win the
North Division title with a
19-5 league mark…he saw
action in 14 games and
pitched 77 innings…finished
with an 8-2 record and one
save, along with a 0.94
earned run average…he struck
out 28 and walked 21…led the
team in wins, complete games
(7) and shutouts (4)…earned
second-team all-league
honors. Signed with
Oregon State out of high
school but didn’t see any
action with the Beavers.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Attended Pleasant Hill High
School in Lowell and
graduated in 2006…played
soccer for two seasons as a
sweeper, and played a year
of both football and
basketball…he was a kicker,
quarterback and safety in
football, and a power
forward in basketball…earned
four varsity letters in
baseball as a catcher,
shortstop, third baseman and
pitcher…he was captain of
the team his final two
seasons…he earned all-state
honors as a utility player
