SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Lewis-Clark State struggled in the
second round, carding a team score of 355 Wednesday to slip into 17th place
in the NAIA women's golf tournament at Blackthorn Golf Club.
The Warriors' score was 13 strokes higher than their first-round total,
dropping them two spots in the team standings.
L-C assistant coach Steve Tilden attributed the Warriors' troubles to
difficult pin placement.
The four-round tournament continues today.
