Joey Lovell 5-10  Freshman Sandpoint, ID Sandpoint H.S.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lovell played four years of varsity golf at Sandpoint. Holding his team's No. 1 spot, he led Sandpoint to three consecutive state appearances. Lovell also played three years of varsity football as a strong safety and a quarterback.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego on December 12, 1987, Joey is the son of Jim Lovell and Teresa Albertson. He has two brothers, Jean-Luc and Jamey, and three sisters; Camille, Leslie, and Maddie. He plans to major in Business Administration.

Future goals after graduation: "To play lots of golf and on some pro tour."

Favorite thing about being an athlete at LCSC: "Meeting new people and seeing new places, and just being able to play a collegiate sport."

Favorite food: "A good bacon burger with avocado."

Reason you came to LCSC: "To get an education and, at the same time, play golf."
