LCSC men’s golf team
stands at No. 20 in latest poll

The Lewis-Clark
State College men’s golf team is ranked No. 20 in the
Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA Coaches first spring poll of
the season, which was released Thursday.
The Warriors
dropped one spot in the poll as they were tied for No.
19 in the previous poll. The Warriors garnered 41 points
and trail No. 19 Concordia of Oregon by only two points.
Oklahoma
Christian earned all six first-place votes to remain at
No. 1 with 150 points. British Columbia and Victoria,
both Region I teams, stand at No. 2 and No. 10,
respectively. Rocky Mountain is the top-ranked Frontier
Conference school at No. 14, while Montana Tech received
votes.
The Warrior men
and women were originally scheduled to play in a
tournament on Monday and Tuesday in Clarkston, but the
tournament has been cancelled. LCSC’s next match is the
LCSC Invitational on March 17-18 at the Clarkston Golf
and Country Club.
