LCSC: Had a great first year with the Warriors and earned second-team all-Frontier Conference honors... Finished ninth individually among all conference players who participated in the 10 rounds of tourney play… Tied for 58th at the NAIA national tournament where his best round was a 73… In his first tournament, he bounced back from an 81 to shoot a 1-under-par 143 over the next 36 holes, the best of any LCSC player… Finished third and then second on the team in the final two fall events… Highlight came in the first spring event, the LCSC Invitational, when he tied for the low score during the second round, which also tied him for medalist honors… Fired rounds of 73, 73, and 75 during the conference tournament despite miserable playing conditions.

GOLF HIGHLIGHTS: Played two seasons at Spokane Falls Community College and had an outstanding sophomore season… He was the conference MVP, team MVP, and the winner of the NWAACC tournament… He also was CCS’s top scorer at the LCSC Invitational at the Clarkston Golf & Country Club and helped the Sasquatch tie for second place in the team standings…. Johnson’s second round score of 2-under-par 70 was the best on the day and placed him third overall…. Played four seasons at Coeur d’Alene High and was the team MVP his senior season… Helped team to second place during junior year at State… His career-best round is a 65 and he also shot 69 a number of times for his best college tournament round.
