team falls to Zags
4-3 in opener

Despite winning two of
the three doubles
matches, the Lewis-Clark
State College men's
tennis team fell to
Gonzaga 4-3 in the
Warriors' season opener
at the LCSC Tennis
Center on Monday.
Gonzaga, now 2-0, won
four of the six singles
matches to claim the
victory.
Jonatan Berhane picked
up two victories for
LCSC, winning his No. 3
singles match and also
combining with Sebastian
Kuhn for a doubles win.
Ali Faris picked up
LCSC's other singles
victory.
The Warriors are back in
action on Saturday for a
pair of matches at the
Tennis Center. The
Warriors play host to
Whitman at 9 a.m., and
then take on the
University of Idaho at 5
p.m.
