LCSC CAREER: Played singles out of the No. 4 spot for the majority of 2008. Had two singles wins over Gonzaga while playing in the No. 3 and No. 4 positions, and had a win against Lindenwood's No. 4 at the National tournament. He began 2008 playing as No. 2 or 3 in doubles, but eventually moved to No. 1. In doubles he also had two wins against Gonzaga, and had a No. 1 win over Lindenwood at nationals. Joined the Warriors in 2007.

BEFORE LCSC: Attended Virginia Intermont College... Spent high school years at Jakobsberg Gymnasium and graduated on June 6, 2005.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 27, 1987... Parents are Berhane and Shewa... Has a brother, Alexander... Hobbies include soccer, being with friends, and watching movies... Is majoring in Kinesiology at LCSC.
