COLLEGE:
Shaved almost two minutes
off her time from her first
to second cross country meet
a year ago… Saved the
best for last during the
cross country season with a
19:25.34 showing, which
placed her 11th
overall in the Frontier
Conference meet in Lewiston…
Ran both indoor and
outdoor track. During the
indoor season, she was part
of the school-record setting
1,600 relay team and also
had a third-place finish in
the 800 at a meet in Moscow…
During the outdoor season,
she mainly ran the 800, but
competed in the 1,500 and on
some relay teams as well.
Came to LCSC prior to
her junior year after
attending Highline Community
College in Des Moines,
Washington, where she earned
All-American status twice in
cross country… Also earned
All-American status in track
as a freshman for placing in
the top 10 at nationals in
both the 800 and 1,500… Has
personal best of 19:36 for
5-kilometers, and 2:19 for
800 meters and 4:54 for
1,500 meters, which are both
faster than the
school-record times at LCSC…
Competed her sophomore year
at Highline in 2006-07, and
sat out the following year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended
Stadium High School in
Tacoma and graduated in
2005… Was a four-year
letterwinner on the track
team, and also lettered
three years in cross
country.

17, 1987 to Corbin and Mary
Barbour… She has three
brothers, Corbin Jr.,
Cordell, and Jerrell, and a
sister, Tandeka… Lists her
