COLLEGE:
Started her sophomore season
by finishing 31st
in the Whitman Invitational,
which was her second-best
finish. Her top showing came
with a No. 24 finish in the
Frontier Conference meet….
Also ran the 5,000 during
the track season, where she
placed third in the Duane
Harman Invite in Spokane… As
a freshman, she
couldn’t quite crack the
varsity roster, but posted
season-best time of 27:20
during the midway point of
the season… Finished 30th
overall at the Whitman
Invitational to start the
season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Was an all-around athlete
for the Badgers, lettering
four years in cross country
and track… She competed in
the Idaho State meets all
four years in both sports
and helped Bonners Ferry
claim the 2004 Class 3A
state track championship...
She medaled all four years
in track… Also help the
cross country team to three
consecutive third place
finishes and one second
place… As a junior and
senior, she placed 11th in
the state cross country
meet.

Parents are Kathy and David
Hampton… She has one
brother, Trevor (16)…Hobbies
are photography, horseback
riding, scrapbooking, and
firefighting… Is pursuing a
degree in Kinesiology.
