LCSC CAREER: As a sophomore finished as the team’s No. 4 runner four times and No. 6 runner twice...best overall finish came at the LCSC Invite where she placed seventh in 18:46.2...helped LC to conference championship and competed at nationals...member of 4x400 outdoor relay team which raced a program-best 4:18.14…landmark freshman season was highlighted by Sheul’s victory at the Frontier Conference race in a personal-best time of 18:21.98, making her the women’s Frontier Conference Runner of the Year…finished third overall and first on the team in the Whitman Invitational and proceeded to be LCSC’s top finisher in every race until nationals when she was the Warriors’ No. 2 finisher…placed in the top-10 overall at the Bigfoot Invitational in Spokane and also at the LCSC Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: placed first at the Fort Steilacoom Invite during her junior year at West Valley High School…recorded personal-bests of 59 seconds in the 400m, 2:19 in the 800m, 4:59 in the 1500m, 11:47 in the 3200m and 18:52 in the 5k cross country race…finished fourth in the Washington State 3A Cross Country Championship race her junior year.
