Kalbfleisch to Attend Lewis-Clark State
LEWISTON, ID-Lewis-Clark State College women’s basketball coach Brian Orr announced Thursday, April 4th, that Cami Kalbfleisch of Lewiston (ID) High School, has committed to attend the school and play basketball.
"Cami has the potential to be an outstanding college player," said Orr. "She’s strong, athletic and has all the key attributes necessary to make a postive impact on our program. Being a local talent, Cami has grown up around Warrior basketball and knows the kind of player and the level of commitment that is expected at Lewis-Clark State. We are excited to have her part of our future."
The 5-11 forward was a two-time All-Border League selection and a three-year starter for coach Pat Zink. This past season, she averaged 12.0 points per game and 8.4 rebounds per game. As a junior, Kalbfleisch averaged 10.5 ppg and 6.0 rpg. She also led the Bengals in 3-point field goals the last three seasons. Kalbfleisch has the ability to play inside and out on the perimeter.
Other notable players in the Warrior program to come from Lewiston High are Sara McEachern and Brooke Cushman.
