For
the
second
straight
day,
the
Lewis-Clark
State
men's
basketball
team
hung
90-plus
points
on a
depleted
Puget
Sound
Christian
team,
cruising
to a
91-29
victory
Saturday
afternoon
at
the
Activity
Center.
The
Warriors
improve
to
8-0.
Because
of
injuries
and
foul
trouble,
the
Anchors
were
forced
to
play
the
last
eight
minutes
of
the
game
with
only
four
players
on
the
floor.
That
lack
of
depth
led
to a
dismal
26-percent
shooting
mark
for
Puget
Sound
Christian.
Terry
Ayers
was
the
only
Anchor
to
shoot
better
than
40
percent
from
the
field,
as
he
scored
18
of
the
Anchors'
29
total
points.
The
Warriors,
in
contrast,
knocked
down
57
percent
of
their
field
goals,
including
a
10-for-20
mark
from
3-point
range.
Eric
Durret
paced
the
Warriors'
offensive
onslaught,
burying
six
3-pointers
en-route
to
22
points.
Jamal
Harris
led
the
Warriors'
inside
attack
with
18
points
and
eight
boards.
The
Warriors
out-rebounded
the
Anchors
45-16.
