MSU-Northern 70-65
2-15-08
HAVRE, Mont. -- A strong
surge to start the
second half helped put
the Montana State

the lead and the
Skylights withstood a

with 1:14 left. After a
Napoleon Gordon putback
neutralized two free
throws by MSU-Northern
to make it 65-62, LCSC's
Brian Duckworth was
called for a
questionable foul and
Travis Noble made both
free throws with 30
seconds left to make it
67-62.
After another MSU-Northern
free throw, Comer hit a
3-pointer to cut the
lead to three, but
Tinned countered with a
pair of free throws with
12 seconds left for the
final.

season when allowing 66
or more points in a
game.

in the conference
standings. The game will
tip-off at 7 p.m.,
Pacific time.
