2008-09:
Moved into a starting
role when returning
point guard JR Gordon
was lost early in the
season to a back injury…
averaged 27.3 minutes
per game, which ranked
fourth on the team… Led
the club in assists, was
second in 3-pointers
made and 3-point
shooting percentage, and
third in steals… His
best game came against
Carroll College when he
finished with 10 points,
three assists, three
rebounds and hit both of
his 3-pointers… Had 10
points on three
occasions, including the
season-finale… Had
season highs of eight
assists, five steals,
three 3-pointers, and
six rebounds.
HIGH
SCHOOL:
Played at Westview High
School where the team
placed fifth at State
both his sophomore and
junior seasons… Was
ranked by ESPN as the
140th best high school
point guard in the
nation…During his senior
season at Westview,
Wallace averaged around
10 points, five assists,
three rebounds and two
steals a game… Earned
second-team All-Metro
League honors for the
second straight season
and was named Oregon
Live’s Player of the
Week twice. He also was
nominated for the
McDonald’s All America
Team… Had the
opportunity to play at
the junior college level
for a school in Arizona,
but chose LCSC.
