Brazier Named Frontier Conference Player of the Week
LEWISTON, ID-Lewis-Clark State College’s Jason Brazier (Antigua, West Indies/College of Southern Idaho/Princess Margaret HS) was named the Frontier Conference’s Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the period ending December 29th. Brazier was named conference player of the week last week, as well.
Brazier, a 6-3 junior forward, scored 39 points, grabbed nine rebounds, recorded five steals and assists, and made 13-of-14 free throws last weekend at the Oak Harbor Freightlines Classic at Seattle Pacific. For his efforts, Brazier was named to the All-Tournament Team. He was one free throw shy of tying a school record for most free throws made in one game when he made 13-of-14 shots in L-C’s 72-60 win over Seattle University.
Beth Gerber of Rocky Mountain College was named the women’s basketball Player of the Week for the Frontier Conference.
