JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Shoreline Community College...Was the conference Freshman of the Year, averaging 15.2 ppg and 4.2 apg...Voted conference MVP in 2001-02...Averaged 19.2 ppg and 6.2 apg...Voted to NWACC All-Star game where he scored 21...HIGH SCHOOL: Was a 2000 Rainier Beach High School graduate...named 3A Metro League First Team, and First Team All-Tournament 3A Metro...Played on the 1998 team that won the state championship...Made two more appearances in state tourney in '99 and 2000...PERSONAL: Born November 7, 1980...Son of Ricky L. Frazier, Sr...Has one younger brother...A Business major...Coach Pfeifer on Ricky: "It has been a while since we have had someone in our program with the jet speed this young man possesses. He can break people down with the dribble as well as any point guard we have had. What we know about Ricky is his court awareness to get the ball to people when they are open. What will make him difficult to guard is that you cannot play off him and take your chances with his 3-point shot, as he can and will put that shot in the hole. The key to his success will come from how quickly he can blend his natural ability in to our program's system. What will speed that up for him is his ability to get from point "A" to point "B" in such a blur. It will be nice to know that night in and night out we will have the services of the quickest player on the court, or at the least there will be no one faster."
