you watch Jason play, the more you appreciate the mentality and productivity
of his game. I can understand how a lay person who briefly witnesses
him and spends a lot of time commenting on the fact that he is not
wide in stature. That would be a mistake. Jason is very aggressive.
He gets his hands on rebounds. He may not grab them all at the
offensive end of the floor, but like all good rebounders, he is going
to fetch it. He is a very good face the basket shooter. He does not
force it, but when he gets the open shot, he knocks it down. Jason is
long and is a very quick jumper. He does not allow people to get inside
him much, thus he takes advantage of his height, quickness and jumping
ability. Without question, he can be a factor in our scheme this
year, as he plays with reckless abandon."
