Reserve tickets for LCSC Activity Center 2005-06 sporting events are on sale

The Lewis-Clark State College athletic department has put reserve seating tickets on sale to the general public for the 2005-06 athletic seasons at the Activity Center.

The tickets include reserve seating for all three LCSC athletic competitions in the Activity Center: women’s volleyball in the fall and men’s and women’s basketball in the winter.

Persons have the choice of section, row and seat number to reserve seats on the east side of the Activity Center. Each reserve seat in the bottom two rows, next to the court, for all five sections on the east side, sell for $125.

For the lower half of the middle section, Section C, reserve seats are $75 apiece. All other seats in the lower four sections on the east side will be sold for $50.

A map detailing the seating options and costs can be found at http://www.lcsc.edu/Athletics/AC-seating.htm on the LCSC Web site. The map also shows what seats are still available.

The reserve seats will be good for more than 30 home volleyball and basketball games next season. The seats are being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

General admission seating will be available at the gate next year.

This is the first time LCSC has offered reserved seating at home athletic events outside of the Avista NAIA World Series at LCSC’s Harris Field. Fans had their choice of seats at old Warrior Gym, but with the new Activity Center being built, community members expressed a desire to purchase reserve seating tickets.

LCSC will not honor any passes, including Senior Citizen passes, at sporting events in the Activity Center, starting with the 2005-06 school year. LCSC faculty, staff and students will continue to be admitted free with an LCSC ID card.

To reserve seats, visit Activity Center Ticket Manager Marge Stout’s office, located on the top floor of the Activity Center. To get to her office, walk in the main entrance and after proceeding 10 feet down the hall, turn right and go up the steps and through the door. Stout’s office is across the hall from the staircase.

For more information on tickets, contact Stout at 792-2471.
