Activity Center soon to be back in action.

Closed on August 31, the Activity Center gymnasium has officially been out-of-action for almost a month. The floor was closed as a safety precaution, due to a sealer adhesion malfunction. As a result of the close, came scheduling changes for both the basketball and volleyball programs. Clarkston and Lewiston High School have helped in accommodating the needs of the fall sports schedule, but both programs are anxious to return to the Activity Center.

Today, after being re-sanded, screened, and sealed, the hardwood floor looks beautiful and, more importantly, is ready for play. October 3 is set as the date of its re-opening. The Activity Center will be ready to host the myriad of exciting women’s basketball, men’s basketball, and volleyball events coming up this fall.
