WAA offering activity center suites

The Warrior Athletic Association (WAA) is once again offering a more comfortable and luxurious way to attend events located at LCSC’s Activity Center. Overlooking the Activity Center’s gymnasium, the suites are sure to afford users a great view of an event, as well as a relaxing and enjoyable environment up and out of the hustle and bustle of the main floor. Available for rent are the large hospitality suite, which includes a patio, and the small suite.

Rental prices are based on the event type.  Two of the most common events are: athletic events, during which rental prices for the large suite range from $250-$500, and special events, during which large suit prices are from $750-$1000. Small suite rental is priced at half the cost of the large suit, and discounts are available for all current WAA members.

All events will offer food and beverages at an additional cost, however outside food and beverages are restricted. Customized food choices and packages are available with special arrangements prior to your event. Packages range from “The Basics”, a $5.00 per person package that comes with various snacks and beverages, to “Warrior Picnic”, a $10.00 per person package including hamburgers and hotdogs, off the grill with all the condiments, salad, baked means, potato chips, beverages, and a dessert.

Included with the price of suite rentals are wristbands for admission to the suite. General admission tickets may be purchased for the event day at a reduced price for LCSC events. Wristbands and purchased tickets will be delivered to you prior to the day of the rental. A rental contract is necessary for suite rentals with a refundable deposit of $250. Refunds require a post-event management inspection for damages.
