Men's Basketball Signs Foothill Point Guard

LEWISTION Idaho -- Kevin Ochoa, a 5-foot-10 junior point guard, has agreed to play basketball next season at Lewis-Clark State College, Warrior coach Tim Walker has announced.

Ochoa played last season at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, Calif., where he average nine points, six assists and three steals per game. In conference play, those averages jumped to 12 points, seven assists and four steals a game.


"Kevin is very competitive and will do what it take to make his teammates better," Walker says. "Kevin is a natural leader."


Ochoa, who is from Montera, Calif., plans to major in Business at LCSC.
