LCSC CAREER: Was the most successful singles player on the team last year with a 13-3 record, which is the most singles wins of the returning players… Also was 1-1 in doubles play and 2-1 in exhibition singles.. Joined the team in 2008 as a freshman and was part of a rotation at No. 6 singles… Her best match was a 6-2, 7-5 win in a 9-0 sweep of Region I rival College of Idaho.

BEFORE LCSC: Attended SMK St. Columba, in Miri, Malaysia… Had a good junior career by winning the girls U-16 in the Sarawak Age Group Tennis Tournament… Also was second in the U-14 at that tournament…. In 2002, her team won the Sarawak title…. She was a six-time champion in the Inter-school Tennis Tournament during 2002-07, and also helped her team finish third in the Team standings at the 2007 tournament. 

PERSONAL: Full name is Elaine Lee Xin Hui… Born on Dec. 6, 1989 to Lee yat Ping and Audrey Ling in Miri… Her brother, Kevin, was a member of the LCSC men’s tennis team… Lists her hobbies as reading, playing tennis and playing piano… She was champion of her Inter-School Drama Competition and was third in the State English Drama Competition…Is majoring in Mathematics at LCSC.
