HIGH SCHOOL: As a member of the Cancun Tennis Academy, was the 2012 state champion in singles and doubles, a regional finalist in singles and champion in doubles…Advanced to the national quarterfinals three times and twice to the semifinals in doubles…Has been rated as high as 12th in Mexico’s junior rankings.

 

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 9, 1993 in Mexico City to Ricardo and Gabriela Bustani…Has two sisters, Ximena and Paola…Enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends and going to the gym…Plans to major in Industrial Electronic Engineering…Was on the student council at Instituto Cesare and has earned social service merits in “Schools Helping Schools”, a program that helps build schools in poor areas of Mexico.
