State College women’s basketball coach Brian Orr
announced that
Mandy Troutt
(Pullman, WA /Walla Walla Community College/ Pullman

has signed a letter of intent to attend
the school and play basketball. She will enroll as a
junior and have two years of eligibility.
“We are extremely excited that Mandy has decided to
join our program,” said Orr. She has the ability to
score with her back to the basket or facing up. She
has a great shooting touch and we also like her
ability to rebound the ball. One of the best things
about Mandy is the fact that she is coming from a
winning program and knows what it takes. We feel
very fortunate because we have just added an
outstanding student and proven winner to our
basketball program.”
