week’s NAIA Top
25 polls, which
were released on
Wednesday.
The Warrior
women won both
games last week
to improve to
20-4 overall and
stayed at No. 10
as the top 11
teams in the
poll remained
the same. Fellow
Frontier
Conference
member Carroll
College went
from No. 13 to
No. 12, while
Westminster went
from No. 23 to a
tie for No. 19.
Carroll is 21-3
overall, while
Westminster is
20-6. Montana
Western also
received six
votes.
The Warrior men
lost both games
last week to
fall to 16-8
overall.
Westminster,
which went 1-1
last week, fell
nine spots to
No. 24 and is
17-5 overall.
The highest
ranked Frontier
Conference men’s
team is now
Rocky Mountain
College, which
made the biggest
jump of any team
in the poll,
going from
receiving votes
to No. 16. Rocky
is 21-5 overall
and alone in
first place in
the conference
standings.
Montana State
University-Northern
received two
votes in the
poll.
The Warrior
women and men
play their final
two home games
of the season
this week when
they take on
Montana Tech on
Thursday and
Montana Western
on Saturday. The
women’s games
begin at 6 p.m.
both nights,
while the men
start at 8 p.m.
