HIGH SCHOOL: Played both basketball and volleyball at Ferndale High… in basketball, she was a four-year letterwinner at the post position and served as the team’s captain her senior year… she was a first-team all-league selection her senior season after being a second-team choice as a junior and sophomore…. Also started her freshmen year and earned honorable mention honors… earned All-Whatcom County Team honors as well as being an All-State selection as a senior… voted the team MVP all four seasons… set the school single-season scoring record with 510 points and also holds the career scoring record with 1,380 points… Helped team to district title… in volleyball, she lettered three years as a middle blocker and right-side hitter. was a first-team all-league selection her final year after being an honorable mention selection as a junior… won the Coach’s Award her senior year and was the 3-D (Desire, Determination and Dedication) Award Winner… had a 3.46 GPA in high school.
