HIGH SCHOOL:  Oregon Class 4A Volleyball Player of the Year…helped LeGrande (OR) High School to a 39-4-2 record and second place in the state tournament during her senior season…had 16 kills in state championship game and was an All-Tournament team selection…made the school’s Honor Roll all four years…also played on the tennis team all four years and was on the No.1 girls’ doubles team at the school…partner all three years was Kara Gerst, who also is a freshman at LCSC this year…during her senior year, she and Gerst defeated the defending state champions in the quarterfinals at the state tournament 7-6 (7-6), 3-6, 7-6 (7-5) on the way to capturing the state doubles title.

PERSONAL: Born March 9, 1990…parents are Pat and Linda Lyman…has one sister Kaci (21), who she considers her inspiration and best friend.  Enjoys volleyball, tennis, camping and swimming…plans to major in Biology and Chemistry at LCSC.
