assists, which was second on
the team…also was in triple
digits in digs with 161,
which ranked fifth on the
squad…recorded a season-high
30 assists against Menlo
College and also had three
matches of at least 23
assists during the NAIA
national tournament…averaged
20.5 assists and 4.25 digs
per match during the NAIA
tournament…had season high
of two kills during three
matches, including two at
nationals…recorded nine or
more assists in every match
but two…finished with 21
service aces, which was
sixth on the team.
HIGH SCHOOL:
A three year starter for the
four time defending
Washington Class A State
Champion Colfax
Bulldogs….First Team
All-State selection in 2005
and 2006….earned first team
All-Northeast A League
honors in ’05 and ’07…is an
all-around athlete as she
participated in the
Washington State Class A
track meet as a freshman and
then earned first-team
all-Northeast A League
honors in golf as a
junior... Named the 2007
All-Palouse Volleyball
Player of the Year... Was a
member of the Spokane Splash
volleyball club team that
won the AAU National
Tournament in Orlando, Fla.,
in 2007, and she also was on
the team that placed 20th at
the Junior Olympics that
year.

Born January 20, 1990 to Tim
and Carmen Bruya… Has three
sisters, Ashley (24), Amy
(23), and Amelie (15), and
one brother, Adam (21)…
Hobbies are wakeboarding,
spending time with her dog
(Boots), playing the piano,
and spending time with the
family at Priest Lake.
