If a final North Idaho
College transcript has not been sent to LCSC, complete the
NIC
Transcript Release Form and submit it with your application.
Please review
list of applicants
to verify receipt of your paperwork.
All graduates participating in the Commencement
Ceremony are required to wear official regalia. Here are the details:

Commencement Rehearsal:
Begins at 12 noon prior to ceremony.

Arrangements will be made for
group and individual
photos. Details will be available when you pick up your regalia.

Honors
Commencement (Walking) Honors

Honors will be recorded on the
Commencement Program based on completion
of 48 LCSC credits (following Fall 08 semester).

Students who have completed
fewer than 48 LCSC credits will have credits from all transfer schools
factored in to determine an all-source cumulative GPA.
Graduation
(Final) Honors
-
Honors will be posted to the
transcript and the diploma based on completion of 64 LCSC credits (following
the final term of enrollment).

Students who have completed
fewer than 64 LCSC credits will have credits from all transfer schools
factored in to determine an all-source cumulative GPA.
Baccalaureate Degree
Graduates
-
All honors are based on cumulative GPA as follows:
Cum laude – 3.7
Magna cum laude – 3.8
Summa cum laude – 3.9
Your final GPA will appear on your transcript and will
include your spring (summer) semester’s grades. Further info can be
found on the
Registrar's
page.
Diplomas
During the Commencement Ceremony, you will be presented with an official
LCSC diploma cover. Your actual degree will not be processed until you have completed all your
spring 2009 coursework and passing grades recorded. You can expect to
receive the degree, by way of mail, to your home address by mid-June.
