Thank you for your interest in Lewis-Clark State College. You will find our web site to be a valuable tool as you take time to explore our college and its role and mission in higher education for Idaho and beyond. Our low student-faculty ratio, the lowest tuition among four-year institutions in Idaho, and our intimate setting make Lewis-Clark State College a public institution with the feel and quality of a private college.
Lewis-Clark State College offers a quality education in a safe learning environment and a beautiful area. The Morgan Quinto Press recently ranked Lewiston as one of the top 25 safest cities in the United States. The Lewiston area has been ranked by “Outdoor Life” magazine as one of its top 10 places to live for three consecutive years. The Lewiston-Clarkston Valley has a population of more than 50,000 and is where the Snake and Clearwater rivers join, providing plenty of boating, fishing, and other water recreational opportunities – and Lewiston is near sea level so the winters are very mild.
You will receive a quality education at LCSC and our graduating students continue to make their mark in society. Over the past year four years we placed 100 percent of our students who applied for graduate health programs, including medical school. In addition, our students have been hired directly after graduation by national companies such as ESPN, AIG, AFLAC, and Albertson’s. LCSC alumni are leaders throughout the Pacific Northwest particularly in business, education, and the health professions.
Wherever your interest lies, Lewis-Clark State College is here to assist you on your career path.
