LCSC permits don't work in neighborhoods
There seems to be some confusion when it comes to the Normal Hill residential parking permits and the LCSC parking permits.
LCSC parking permits are only valid in designated red and blue LCSC parking lots. They are not valid in the Normal Hill residential parking areas.
People who park in the residential streets with parking restrictions will receive a ticket from the City of Lewiston if they do not have a residential parking permit.
