LCSC women are picked sixth in conference poll

BILLINGS, Mont. – Defending Frontier Conference regular season co-champions University of Great Falls and Westminster College each received four first place votes and are the preseason co-favorites of Frontier Conference volleyball coaches to win the league title for the 2007 season.

Conference tournament champion Carroll College and Montana Tech were next in a tie for second in the balloting.

Rocky Mountain College was next followed by Lewis-Clark College, Montana State-Northern and the University of Montana Western.

Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own teams. First place was worth seven points, second place worth six points, third place worth five points, fourth place worth four points, fifth place worth three points, sixth place worth two points, and seventh place worth one point.

Rocky Mountain College 20 pts
Lewis-Clark State 17 pts
Montana State-Northern 15 pts
