Second annual ServiceFest is Sept. 6
The second annual Lewis-Clark State College ServiceFest will be held Sept. 6 at 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the center of the LCSC campus near the Centennial Mall fountain area.
The ServiceFest, sponsored by LCSC and the Community Warriors Volunteer Center, allows non-profit community and human service organizations to network with, and recruit, LCSC faculty and students about community service and volunteer work. The public also is invited to attend and meet with the organizations.
LCSC faculty and students have the opportunity to win $100 in WarriorBucks by attending the event.
Any organization interested in participating in the event is asked to register for a table at www.lcsc.edu/americorps/ServiceFest/registration.htm and registration is free. Tables and chairs will be provided.
