Comedians to perform on Aug. 28 and Sept. 3

The Lewis-Clark State College Warrior Entertainment Board has schedule two comedic performance over the next two weeks, both at the LCSC Silverthorne Theatre.

Comedian Michael Dean Ester will perform on Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. in the LCSC Silverthorne Theater. His show is free and open to the public, but Ester’s performance features adult humor. His show features college life – the $100 books students purchase only to sell back for three bucks, the late-night cramming, and general college life. Ester has more than 1,500 shows to his credit and has won many awards, including Best Male Performer by Campus Activities Magazine.

Eric O’Shea will perform on Sept. 3, also at 8 p.m. His show is free to LCSC students with their WarriorOne ID cards and $3 for the general public. Tickets go on sale on Aug. 26 and can be purchased in rooms 208 and 219 at the LCSC Student Union Building during normal business hours.

O’Shea’s routine has more than 3 million hits on You Tube and he won the Campus Activities Magazine’s 2007 National Comedy Performer of the Year. His show features observations about going through an embarrassing childhood and every day moments that drive people insane. He also does impressions, including Family Guy and Elmo, and makes up commercial songs for products.
