LCSC's Hayes selected for national training

Bob Hayes, Division of Education & Addiction Studies Program professor at LCSC, has been selected for participation in national training of trainers Feb. 23-25 in New Hampshire.

Mountain West ATTC at the University of Nevada has chosen Hayes to be one of three educational professionals to participate in the PAMI TOT Promoting Awareness of Motivational Incentives (PAMI) in New Hampshire.

Hayes' selection was based on training experience, involvement with community based programs and educational excellence in the field of addictions studies.

The PAMI project is a program to learn about reinforcements for individuals in court systems as well as other contingency management programs.

The MWATTC encompasses a six state region and LCSC became affiliated with the Mountain West federal partners at UN-Reno. Hayes will represent LCSC at additional trainings associated with this federal initiative.
