Deana Carter to perform on April 25
Country western singer Deana Carter will be the performer at the Dogwood Festival Concert on April 25 at 8 p.m. at the Lewis-Clark State College Activity Center.
Carter, whose smash debut album “Did I Shave My Legs For This?” put her on the music map, won the Country Music Association’s Single of the Year in 1997 for “Strawberry Wine.”
Carter has released eight albums and has had 14 singles reach the Billboard charts, including three No. 1 hits “Strawberry Wine”, “We Danced Anyway”, and “How Do I Get There.”
Tickets for the performance are available through Ticketswest outlets and online. Floor seats are $35 per person if purchased in advance or $40 at the door. Bleacher seating is $25 if pre-purchased or $30 at the door.
