LCSC Welcome Fair is scheduled for Aug. 24
The annual Lewis-Clark State College Welcome Fair will be held on Aug. 24, the first day of school, starting at 10 a.m. on the college campus.
The Welcome Fair features booth and tables from area businesses as well as LCSC offices, clubs, and organizations. The event allows students to learn more about what services are available to them.
This year’s event will feature a taco bar near the Student Union Building for $6.50.
The Norman Magic Experience, sponsored by the Warrior Entertainment Board, will perform magic shows throughout the day and also will conclude the evening with a free evening performance at the LCSC Silverthorne Theatre, starting at 8 p.m.
Businesses are invited to set up a booth on campus for a $30 registration fee. All money collected is used to offset the cost of the Fair. For more information on the event, contact the LCSC Student Activities office at (208) 792-2256 or e-mail studentactivities@lcsc.edu
