CCNE is visiting LCSC's Nursing Program

The Lewis-Clark State College Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program will host a site visit by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) today through Wednesday, Sept. 20-22.

Recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a national accreditation agency, CCNE ensures the quality and integrity of baccalaureate, graduate, and residency programs in nursing. More information about CCNE is available at its web site: http://www.aacn.nche.edu/Accreditation/

As part of the accreditation process, the BSN program faculty has prepared and submitted an extensive Self-Study document describing the program and its students. College Administration, departments from across campus, and BSN students and faculty will participate in meetings with the three member CCNE team.

Any questions about the CCNE visit, contact Dr. Lori Stinson (lstinson@lcsc.edu), Nursing & Health Sciences Chair.
