LCSC senior nursing students to present projects on Thursday
Lewis-Clark State College seniors seeking BSN degrees will present their research findings to the public on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 8:45 a.m. in the LCSC Williams Conference Center.
The event is free and open to the public.
During the past two semester, the students have worked in small groups to explore and better understand an aspect of patient care and/or nursing practice. They will present on a broad range of topics including attitudes toward bariatric care, STD testing and client follow-up, nurses' knowledge of diabetes management, teaching regarding immunizations, and ventilator associated pneumonia rates and alignment of policies with national standards.
