Sylvester will read some of his work on Friday

Louis Sylvester, an assistant professor in the Lewis-Clark State College Humanities Division, will read some of his writings on Friday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m. at the LCSC Center for Arts & History.

Sylvester will read some of his previously published short fiction stories as well as some of his current work.

The event is free and open to the public.

Sylvester recently received his Ph.D. in English with a focus on creative writing from Oklahoma State University.

In addition to teaching and writing, Sylvester owns and plays more than 400 board games.
