National Americorps Week

LEWISTON, Idaho - The week of March 11 is National AmeriCorps Week.

This year, Lewis-Clark Service Corps is partnering with the Center for Arts and History to exhibit reflection projects created by former AmeriCorps members. The projects include paintings, collages, quilts and scrapbooks. A reception will be held from 4-6 p.m. on March 13 at the Center for Arts and History. The exhibit runs from March 10-24.

Lewis-Clark Service Corps is the largest and longest running AmeriCorps program in Idaho. Currently, 116 full and part-time members serve as tutors and mentors throughout Idaho in public and charter schools, faith-based and non-profit organizations, colleges and universities, correctional facilities, educational enrichment programs and felony probation and parole departments.
