LC Employee is Idaho Small Business Development Center
LEWISTON, Idaho - Judy Schumacher has been selected as Idaho's "State Star" for her outstanding performance as a Small Business Consultant for the Idaho Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Lewis-Clark State College. Judy is the Business Consultant for the Region II SBDC. The Association of Small Business Development Center (ASBDC) will recognize Schumacher and other "State Stars" from around the country at its 32nd Annual Conference, September 11-14, 2012 in New Orleans.
ASBDC "State Stars," SBDC employees exhibiting exemplary performance, are identified by each state, regional or territorial SBDC and must be an exemplary performer, make a significant contribution to their state or regional SBDC program, and show a strong commitment to small business.
Schumacher, who began working at LC in 2005, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance Emphasis from Boise State University. She has worked in the banking industry for 10 years, specializing in commercial lending and has experience in credit analysis, SBA lending, commercial real estate lending, and small business lending. In addition to her banking background, she has experience in billing/bookkeeping for a small medical office.
