of culture, history, and arts. Temporarily located
at 721 Seventh Avenue in Lewiston, the Center features
rotating exhibitions from a wide variety of regional
artists. The Center is open and free to the
public.
Lewis & Clark Discovery Center

Gives visitors the history of Chief Timothy and his
warriors, as well as local artifacts that were found in
the area.
Nez Perce County Historical Museum (Luna House)

The museum, located in one of Lewiston’s first
buildings, preserves the history of Nez Perce County. It
features Native American and pioneer artifacts.
Nez Perce National Historical Park
Nez Perce National Historical Park has thirty-eight
sites spread over four states (Idaho, Montana, Oregon
and Washington) that touch on many of the threads that
make up the Nez Perce story. There are a variety of ways
to experience the sites and stories of the Nez Perce.

Take U.S. Hwy 95 north and watch for “view sites” signs
near the top of the Lewiston Hill. Views of the
Lewis-Clark Valley and three states (Washington, Idaho,
and Oregon) from one spot.
