Thank you for your interest in the Associate of Science in Radiographic Science Program at Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC). This competitive three-year program is comprised of one year of pre-professional courses and two years of professional clinical courses. The LCSC RS Program prepares students for the national radiography certification examination offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The RS Program has affiliations with a number of clinical sites ranging from small clinicals to large regional medical centers, allowing for diverse and rewarding "hands-on" clinical training in a professional environment.
College Accreditation
Lewis-Clark State College is fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on College and Universities (

Radiographic Science Program Accreditation
The LCSC Radiographic Sciences Program is actively pursuing accreditation through the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). The self-study will be submitted early fall 2012. Visit the JRCERT website to learn more about the expectations and process (
http://jrcert.org).
The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology
(JRCERT) follows due process upon receipt of a written, signed complaint
containing allegations which indicate that an accredited program, or program
seeking accreditation, may not be in substantial compliance with the
relevant accreditation standards or may not follow JRCERT accreditation
policies.
